We are fully committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
As an SME with a turnover of less than £36M per annum, we have limited resources to wholly guarantee that our supply chain is completely free of modern slavery. However, we are taking steps to help mitigate modern slavery as far as possible.
In 2025, we entered a 5-year partnership with Unseen, a charity working towards a world without slavery. This partnership aims to raise awareness, educate, and engage stakeholders in conversations about modern slavery.
The policies and procedures we implemented to help mitigate the risk of modern slavery in our supply chain are outlined in our company manual. In the next few years, we also intend to expand and improve governance of our supply chain.
We are committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Though we have limited resources to wholly guarantee that our supply chain is completely free of modern slavery, our procedures and policies help mitigate it as far as possible.

Putting people first
Our people are at the heart of everything we do. Their health, safety and wellbeing of our employees remain our top priority.
The foundation of health, safety and wellbeing at Drumgrange is based on active involvement of all employees, promoting a good and sensible health and safety culture. This is formalised through application of policies and procedures that make up our management system.
In addition to this, and in support of the Management System, we:
- Prioritise health and safety training from general employee induction through to each individual task undertaken.
- Operate intuitive systems for the expedient reporting of faults, hazards and incidents.
- Allocate responsibilities for Leading Health & Safety at all levels of the business, from Board level down.
- Set and regularly review objectives to ensure that the management system is operating as required.
Our people are at the heart of everything we do. Their health, safety and wellbeing remain our top priority.
