How it works

The programme starts by going over a brief from a ‘customer’ and discussing how you would meet the project requirements. You will team up with various teams and gain hands-on experience in working as an engineer in the defence industry.

Requirements

In addition to a strong, genuine interest in engineering, you must be a sole UK National or Citizen able to work 09:30-15:30 (Monday to Thursday) and 09:30-14:30 (Friday).
