XERES Maritime Interdiction System -view data sheet(pdf) A tremendous leap forward in operational capability, this marine command, control and communications system provides the command team, interdiction craft and boarding party with simultaneous, instant updates of asset location and the developing tactical situation allowing personnel and assets to be deployed with greater safety, confidence and effectiveness. It offers secure hands-free communications, accurate automated navigation and position tracking, and longrange video and data links. Portable and rugged, XERES is sophisticated yet simple to use and cost effective since it’s been designed and developed at Drumgrange using COTS hardware. XERES is in service with the Royal Navy.
Precise Time & Frequency Equipment -view data sheet(pdf) Our Precise Time & Frequency Equipment is in service on more than forty RN ships, and demonstrates a broad-based, proven expertise in time standards technology using dual redundancy for both Caesium and Rubidum time standards.
Mine Warfare Command Support System -view data sheet(pdf) This PC-based Mission Planning and Assessment system provides the Royal Navy’s Mine Warfare Forces with all the necessary tools for safe, effective and efficient minehunting, minesweeping and clearance diving. Available as a stand-alone or as a network application suite, both Office PC and ruggedised deployable PC hardware can be supplied.
Precise Positioning System One of many MoD contracts developed at Drumgrange and successfully running is a very accurate GPS based Precise Positioning System for the Royal Navy’s Mine Countermeasure Vessel (MCMV) Flotilla, providing less than 2.0m positioning. The contract includes fifteen year comprehensive Contractor Logistics Support.
